We purchased our home in Columbus while we were living in another state. Despite the long distance, Cathy was as communicative with us as if we lived right down the street. She did a great job of keeping us updated on feedback, timing, what to expect etc. which we appreciated. She followed through on her commitments and was extremely responsive to us with questions we had along the way. There were a lot of balls for us to juggle, and she was able to keep everything going and driving to the end goal. As it turned out, when we selling our home, were under contract within 48 hours of it being listed. She made what could have been two very challenging moves, buying and selling a home, into moves that went very smoothly and closed on time. I would highly recommend Cathy.
